The inner ring, outer ring and roller of fully ceramic bearing (ZrO2) adopt the ZrO2 material. The maintainer is made with PTFE, nylon, PEEK, ZrO2, Si3N4, stainless steel or special aviation aluminum.
features: - High speed: With the advantages of cold resistance, minor elastic force, large compressive resistance, idle thermal conductivity, lightweight and low friction coefficient, the product is applicable for high speed main shaft of 12000rpm~75000rpm and other high precision equipments.
- Temperature resistance: Expansion due to temperature variance is not generated under temperature of 100?-600?, thus the product is applicable for furnace & kiln, plastic and steel manufacturing equipments.
- Corrosion resistance: The material is corrosion resistant, thus the product is applicable in fields of strong acid, strong base, inorganic, organic salt and sea water (e.g. plating equipment, electronic equipment, chemical engineering machinery, ship manufacturing and medical facility).
- Magnetic proof: Due to its magnetic-free property that does not attract dust, premature detachment and loud bearing noise can be reduced, which makes the product applicable in fields of static-free equipment and precision instruments.
- Electrical insulation: Due to the high resistance, bearing damage from arcing can be avoided, which makes the product applicable in various electrical equipment, precision instrument or electrical equipment that request for insulation.
- Vacuum: Due to the unique oil-free and self-lubricating characteristics of ceramic materials, the fully ceramic bearing (ZrO2) can overcome of problem of impossible lubrication for common bearings in an ultra vacuum environment.
The cold static process can produce ceramic products of high strength structure and high quality. We mainly supply the ceramic products that use ZrO2 and Si3N4 as main material.
