The density of Si3N4 ceramic is 3.20g/cm3, which is much lower than the density of bearing steel at 7.85g/cm3. Therefore, the ceramic roller can effectively restrain the centrifugal force generated from high-speed rotation and reduce loading on the roller. At the same time, the rotational slippage between the roller and rolling surface cam be reduced, which prevents surface damage. In view of this, the steel-ceramic bearing is the best alternative for high speed rotation, e.g. high speed main shaft bearing, main shaft bearing of lathe, dental drill bearing, high speed grinder bearing, instrument bearing and hard drive bearing, as well as application on skate rollers and TV-games. The cold static process can produce ceramic products of high strength structure and high quality. We mainly supply the ceramic products that use ZrO2 and Si3N4 as main material. The material for inner and outer ring of steel-ceramic bearing is bearing steel or stainless steel. The ceramic ball is mainly made with Si3N4, ZrO2 and Al2O3. Among them, Si3N4 is the primary material due to its excellence of composite performance.
