The engineering plastic bearing (PE, POM, PP, PPS and PEEK bearing) provides performances and applications not available on stainless steel bearing. The inner and outer rings adopt plastic material (PE, POM, PP, PPS and PEEK) and receive precision processing. The roller and maintainer adopt ceramic ball (Si3N4 or ZrO2), glass and stainless steel ball, which make the product applicable for precision and higher rotation.

As for different work environment, selection among numerous materials (PE, POM, PP, PPS, PEEK, Si3N4 and ZrO2) is available, so the operation can still be smooth under most stringent erosion of acid / base / salt / water / solvent / oil / gas / sea water, which give better durability and longer lifetime than bearings made of stainless steel.
